Move It or Lose It!

An event every week that begins at 2:00pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until December 31, 2019
Move It Or Lose It is a fun movement class for ALL levels. This exercise Class is designed to increase strength, coordination, and range of movement in a relaxed setting. Chairs are used for seated and standing (optional) exercises. On-going adjustments and modifications will be made throughout the class to accommodate all abilities.
