Restorative Chair Exercise for Chronic Pain

An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Tuesday, repeating until January 29, 2019
Using a chair, this class is for anyone, especially those suffering from chronic pain, arthritis and dealing with an illness or injury. Modifications are offered for all to enjoy. Gentle yoga exercises are designed to manage chronic pain by connecting mindful movements to breath that work to increase strength, flexibility, and balance.
