An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Friday, repeating until January 4, 2019
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and activities of daily living. Hand held weights, elastic tubing, and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. The class can be adapted by the student based on fitness levels.
